Skies are captivating and no two, just like a snowflake, ever seem to be the same. When our kids were growing up, we had a tradition that whenever one of us that an amazing sunset, they would pull everyone out to the street and we would stand in awe and watch. It is God's daily gift and one that is meant to be appreciated. As an artist, Dix Baines has had the opportunity to capture numerous sunsets and sunrises in his paintings. These images often start small and are part of the Annual Studio Auctions. This year two of his sunsets have made it into the "Notes and Brushstrokes" Auction, that is currently open for bidding.
